While we might be largely urban creatures we feel more relaxed, content, and at peace when we are outdoors. Studies on nature have shown, "individuals who interacted with green spaces [are] more energetic, in good overall health and, have more of a sense of meaningful purpose in life." All the more reason to spend more time in nature.
